昨日は横浜駅徒歩７分のスタジオにて
ボクシングイベントでした。
ボクシングというと馴染みがあまりないと思いますが、
どなたでも気軽に参加できる内容となっております。
はじめてのボクシングにドキドキしながら行きましたが、
先生も気さくで明るい雰囲気で楽しくできました。
レベルもそれぞれの状態に合わせてミット打ちなど教えてくださるので、
運動不足の私でも楽しくたくさん汗をかくことができ、気持ちもすっきりしました！
本当にあっという間でした！ 幅広い層の方が満足できる内容だと思います！
初めてのボクシング体験。しかも運動は35〜36年ぶりくらい。
少し不安だったけれど、最初からきちんと教えていただけたので、安心してできました。
時間的にも初心者にはちょうどよく、良い汗をかきました。
ストレス発散にもなり、本当に有意義な時間でした。 本日はありがとうございました(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)
